How are the shipping charges calculated?

What forms of payment do you accept and are they secure?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Checkout, and Pay Pal. All orders are encrypted and secure. We can only accept U.S. Dollars and your address must be a confirmed address.

How do you handle backorders?

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email and provide you with a timeframe for product delivery. Back-ordered items generally arrive in our warehouse within 2 to 5 days.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled by contacting us through the
Contact Us page. Please indicate "Cancel Order" in the subject line. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Why does my order arrive in several shipments?

Since we work direct with many of the manufactures we sell lines for, when your order is placed it will either ship from our warehouse, or from the manufacturers warehouse direct. If your order does not arrive in full, no worries as the rest of your items are in transit and generally will arrive within days of each other. The delay in delivery comes from the different locations of manufacturer’s warehouses, but rest assured all items will arrive in a timely manner of each other.
